Our Crown Point doctors and staff enjoy volunteering in their local community. They celebrate Earth Day by planting flowers and distributing them to nearby businesses. Dr. Bogart also recently presented a free seminar on age-related macular degeneration to the public. These patient care experts love extending their care through these eye on community events.

Vision loss and blindness can be life changing. Thanks to our doctors, staff, patients and communities, we have collected over $100,000 to raise awareness and support of Leader Dog programs to help keep them free of cost to their clients. Leader Dog believes every person deserves an equal opportunity for independent travel, and provides this opportunity through guide dog training, accelerated orientation and mobility training, GPS technology, summer experience camps for kids and more!
